A MegaVision spectral imaging system is permanently installed at the Royal Library of Denmark in Copenhagen.

The MegaVision RTI Arc was used to spectrally image cutouts by Hans Christian Andersen, the nineteenth century Danish author famous for children’s stories and movies based on them.

This collection, shelfmark Laage Petersen 659 at the Royal Library of Denmark, consists of six cutouts and three pages of written word.

Hans Christian Andersen made these cutouts for a girl named Marie, who died when she was four-and-a-half years old.
